Bacolod City

is called the city of smiles because of their Mass Kara Festival they hold it every fiesta. The fiesta is held every last week of Sunday.

Is cooked by the Ilonggo people, This is a version of Bulalo And Sinigang combined. It is a type of beef soup with a sour broth.  This is the specialty in Bacolod. Almost every restaurant you can find it on the menu. The Cansi is super tasty, the broth is refreshing and the meat is tender.
